Ingredients = 12 inches of snow + 2 Eskies + 1 Elizabethan collar

Step 1: The Snow Cone Kid assumes the Prepare-to-Scoop position with fuzzbutt in air.

Step 2: Load Snow into Cone.

Step 3: Toss snow into air.
